Shipping policy

MIRROR DELIVERY TERMS : The charge at check out for delivery is just a deposit .

Delivery is calculated on a individual Mirror purchases according to the delivery address.  West London aprox £50 , inside the M25 Aprox £100 

The rest of the Uk and internationally a quote will given .

There is no delivery charge for Mirrors collected from out shop.

DELIVERY TERMS
(Only when full payment is received will goods be dispatched)

1) Goods will be sent out within 5 working days of purchase. 98% of items are always in stock at any given time. If however an item ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted to let you know when it will be in stock again and to see if you still want to go ahead with the purchase  .

2) All goods being delivered/posted are subject to a delivery charge. This is calculated at the point of sale and is clearly displayed at CHECKOUT.

Deliveries will be made (in the way we feel is most cost effective and efficient) via DPD and UPS  and on occasion other Uk postal servers .

3) All items are sent out recorded delivery and will require a signature on point of delivery. Our responsibility will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.

4) All exports to European Union (EU) member states have VAT charged to them at the UK rate of 20%.
- Goods exported outside the EU (such as the USA) will be zero-rated and not charged VAT.
- Where goods are zero rated for VAT, you may incur Import duties and taxes from your country. It is your responsibility to find out about and for the payment of such charges.

5) All international orders may incur duties and / or taxes which are paid for by the recipient of the delivery. We cannot take responsibility for those additional costs or delays that may be enforced from the delivery address country.
