Refund policy



STOCK
1) Due to the hand made nature of our product, size and shape may differ slightly from the images & descriptions shown. Please note that images are not to scale. Many of our items are made from natural materials, therefore the colour patination will vary from piece to piece.

2) Any items purchased in store must be collected within one month. If they are not collected within this time after three months your items will be forfeited and resold. As we can not store items for prolonged periods of time.

RETURNS If for any reason you feel you are unhappy with the goods and wish to return them, all correspondence must be sent by email to info@chloealberry.com or be sent to our shop.

We will accept returns on the following basis:

1) Applications for returns must be made in writing. Within 14 days of purchase or within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Returns will not be accepted with out proof of purchase (proof of delivery is not proof of purchase), Please enclose a copy invoice.

2) Goods must be sent back registered /signed for post, you the customer are liable for these costs. All returned goods must be sent to our shop address: (84 Portobello Road, London, W11 2QD)

3) For a refund or exchange to be considered, all items must be: unused, undamaged, and in a condition fit for re-sale. Otherwise a refund cannot be made. You the customer are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned correctly packaged for a safe undamaged return.

4) Goods (returned within the specified time) may be exchanged for other items, however if a refund is required it will be subject to a 20% handling / restocking charge.Alternativly a credit note can be issued for the full value and is valid for one year.

5) Please note that discounted items or items on SALE, Antique items and Mirrors are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

6) In the event that the items you receive are faulty or damaged you must notify us in writing or by email to info@chloealberry.com within 48hours of your receiving your order. The goods must then be returned to us within 7 days via a registered signed for post. On receipt of returned goods, we will asses the product according to the fault you have stated. Faulty goods will be refunded including shipping costs or replaced, but in some cases may first be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. The manufacturer’s verdict in such cases is final.

7) Goods damaged by the user, be it by accident, deliberately or through negligence, incorrect use or misuse cannot be replaced or refunded.

8) If the items were damaged by the delivery company .In order to take the mater up with the delivery company . You must take a photo of the damaged box and state of your order when it arrived . Please e.mail them with a description of what happened to info@chloealberry.com

For non UK sales : Where items are sent abroad outside of the UK , Customers will be  responsible for all Taxes and Duties which may be charges by the country they are receiving the items to.
